All our home produced tweed products are carefully woven on our two semi-automatic handlooms. Our ever-popular soft 'throws' are skillfully woven on the great wooden fly-shuttle loom.

In addition to our tweed a variety of woven goods are produced including:

• Throws; soft, warm and totally unique
• Tweed; exclusive designs in pure Shetland wool
• Woollen Ties; only ten of each colour and design made!
• Scarves; in soft moorland colours
• Caps; in our own warm tweed

All of course in Pure New Wool!

• Commissions - We welcome commissions and try to give a quick turnaround. Short lengths are a speciality.

Step into our well stocked shop and the rich dark colours of the Black Watch Tartan carpet provide the perfect back drop to the attractive displays of classic knitwear, for both ladies and gents, from leading Scottish and Irish manufacturers such as Harley, Hawick Knitwear and IrelandsEye. Double Two and Grenouille shirts and gilets, sheepskin rugs, slippers, gloves and baby boots are always in stock.

Travelling Rugs and Walking Sticks and much more may be discovered alongside the Classic Countrywear by Jack Murphy.

Our workshop...

...is a shingle fronted building set in the pretty country courtyard open to those visiting the shop between June and October, times may vary. Visitors are invited to see the looms in action and have a chat with the weaver.
